Novel sensor system for measuring many possible substances directly in your process fluid (including a large measuring range from g/L to ng/L)


The InProLyzer is an innovative and novel automated sensor system for the precise measurement of many dissolved substances in liquids, which until now could only be investigated in the context of costly laboratory measurements. In addition, very small concentrations can be reliably determined by a unique combination of chemical and technical enrichment of the desired substances in the sensor system. This allows a large, flexible measuring range from g/L to ng/L.


Due to the modular and flexible design of the InProLyzer, tailor-made problem solutions for the measurement of nearly all possible substances can be offered, thus optimally taking into account the wishes and requirements of our customers from different industries.


Thanks to automatic cleaning of the system and low reagent consumption, there are only a few costs for operating the system. 


External sample preparation is not required for the measurement. The InProLyzer has an integrated sample preparation module. This encloses both the filtration of the sample and the previous degassing by means of ultrasound. At the same time, this method also offers the advantage of being able to dissolve possible particle-bound substances (for example heavy metals) with the ultrasonic treatment for the measurement, in order to allow completely precise results. The sample preparation module can also be purchased separately for other systems.
