Based on the latest technologies in the field of optical measurement techniques, the NIRLyzer as an automated process sensor offers reliable qualitative and quantitative analyzes of liquids and solids directly on site in your production environment.
This gives you a smart tool to efficiently run quality assurance continuously (24/7) directly on site and to optimize your processes immediately.
The NIRLyzer is offered in two versions. Depending on your application, you can choose between a compact sensor version suitable for direct use and an OEM version.
The NIRLyzer is an optical, automated process sensor. Based on the latest technologies in the field of optical measurement techniques, the NIRLyzer offers reliable qualitative and quantitative analyzes of liquids and solids directly on site.
The use of new types of spectrometers in the near infrared range enables high-resolution measurements and a broad wavelength range from 900 to 1,700 nm.
An additional integrated optics structure also enables non-contact and non-destructive measurements from a distance of several centimeters. This also enables the use of the sensor in areas of application in which contact between the sensor and the measuring object, e.g. due to hygienic regulations in food-producing processes, should be avoided. In many cases it is also possible to measure the samples directly in their plastic or glass packaging (e.g. canisters, bottles).
As an automated process sensor, the NIRLyzer is ideal for continuous analysis of production processes, e.g. for use directly on conveyor belts.

We would like to generate a prediction model tailored to your individual application.
We like to support you from an initial, non-binding analysis of your process needs and problems to the integration of our systems into your production environment.
If you would like to have raw materials and/or products examined for one or more specific substances or parameters in your process, please contact us directly via sales@inprosens.com.
We would like to advise you on how we can use the NIRLyzer or one of our other sensors to improve your process.
For a fully automated evaluation of your measurement data, we recommend that you also purchase a prediction model.
On the basis of the measured spectra and the precisely fitting, stored calibration data, the prediction model immediately determines the evaluated qualitative or quantitative measurement results of your sample.
We would like to advise you without obligation which measurement parameters are suitable for your prediction model.
Each NIRLyzer will be delivered with a white, optical reflectance standard, a cleaning cloth and a power supply in a hard shell case.
